# Troubleshooting

> Sign-in problems, common refusals, and connection details for client builders

## Sign-in

  <Accordion title="Claude Code says &#x22;run /mcp to re-authenticate&#x22;">
    Claude Code does not open the browser on its own. Run `/mcp`, select **1tx** and choose
    **Authenticate**.

  <Accordion title="&#x22;Authentication was cancelled&#x22;">
    The client stopped listening for the login before you clicked **Allow**. In Claude Code, keep
    the `/mcp` dialog open until the browser shows the login is complete, then try again.

  <Accordion title="The browser shows access_denied">
    **Deny** was clicked on the consent page. Start the sign-in again from your client.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Tools stopped working after a few weeks">
    Your sign-in lasts 30 days. Sign in again from your client (in Claude Code: `/mcp` →
    **Authenticate**).

## Actions

  <Accordion title="approvalUrl is null">
    The action is on Unichain, where your 1Tx non-custodial wallet can't act yet. Use a market on
    Arbitrum, Base or Monad.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The approval page says the batch expired">
    A batch is built against a recent block, and one with a swap expires quickly. Ask the agent to
    build it again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The tool refused to build the batch">
    The server simulated it and it would have reverted, or the market isn't open for deposits. The
    refusal says why. Retrying unchanged returns the same answer.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A deposit of my whole balance fails">
    Gas is paid in USDC from the same wallet, so a deposit has to leave a small reserve for it.
    Deposit a little less than the full balance.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My bridged USDC hasn't arrived">
    A bridge needs a second batch on the destination chain. Ask for `action_status` on the bridge;
    at `destination_ready`, ask the agent to run `redeem_bridge` and approve it.

A request without a valid token gets `401` with a `WWW-Authenticate` header whose
`resource_metadata` points to the protected resource metadata above.
